Marketing
consultation: We come to your
home and familiarize ourselves with you,
the house, and your concerns and challenges.
Then we create a customized checklist
for your use when preparing your home
for listing which includes paint and other
general home improvement recommendations.
Supplemental
staging: For sellers whose
furniture is stylish and in good condition
and will be available while the property
is on the market. We edit dated furnishings
and re-arrange furniture as needed. We
then supplement with our own accessories
to add style and warmth. This is a good
option for sellers who have lived in the
property a long time or single people
who have limited furniture.
Full
Staging: We provide furniture and
accessories as needed. Typically, we stage
the common areas such as living room,
dining room, entry, bathrooms and master
bedroom. Those are the rooms where you
get the most impact. However, there are
often good reasons to stage a study, family
room, nook and those are optional. We
don’t have a price list as every
project is unique (the range of properties
in Portland is wonderfully diverse!).
Factors that determine pricing include
location, number and size of rooms, caliber
and style of furnishings appropriate for
property, accessibility, etc. For that
reason, we do not charge for an initial
meeting where we can discuss the best
strategy for marketing the property. We
will then provide a written proposal,
usually within 24 hours, for your review.
There are two prices for staging. The
first is one-time only and covers the
design, delivery, set-up, and taking it
down and away at the end. There is also
a monthly rental fee for the actual furnishings.
There is only a one month minimum which
is usually enough when a property sells
quickly and covers the inspection period
before a sale is considered solid. For
cash flow ease, we accept Visa, MasterCard
and American Express. Thank you for your
